Mo\u017en\u00e1 si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, na co m\u00e1te auto, kdy\u017e stejn\u011b budete chodit p\u011b\u0161ky. To sice je pravda a vy to v\u00edte. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b ale va\u0161e t\u011blo v\u00e1m pak v budoucnu pod\u011bkuje. Proto\u017ee nedostatek pohybu se nemus\u00ed projevit hned, ale m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt t\u0159eba postupem \u010dasu za p\u00e1r let. Za\u010dnou v\u00e1m kornat\u011bt c\u00e9vy a tepny. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee i va\u0161e svaly a taky va\u0161e klouby to ocen\u00ed. Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee nesm\u00edte m\u00edt otrockou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e na klouby.\u010cast\u00e1 a extr\u00e9mn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e by potom ni\u010dila klouby. Ale svi\u017en\u00e1 proch\u00e1zka, kter\u00e1 pos\u00edl\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m je opravdu v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 nejenom pro va\u0161e t\u011blo, ale taky pro v\u00e1\u0161 mozek. Vy se asi jist\u011b div\u00edte, jak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt sport a svi\u017en\u00e1 proch\u00e1zka dobr\u00e1 pro v\u00e1\u0161 mozek. Odpov\u011b\u010f je jednoduch\u00e1. Proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd si chce n\u011bkdy odpo\u010dinout a vypnout. A mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee od pr\u00e1ce v\u00e1s nejl\u00e9pe odvede t\u0159eba n\u011bjak\u00fd sport anebo pr\u00e1v\u011b ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 proch\u00e1zka. Nemus\u00ed to trvat hodinu ani dv\u011b hodiny. Sta\u010d\u00ed t\u0159eba na p\u011bt minut se n\u011bkam svi\u017en\u011b prob\u011bhnout anebo proj\u00edt anebo se zad\u00edvat n\u011bkam do p\u0159\u00edrody a zaposlouchat se do zvuk\u016f strom\u016f a pt\u00e1k\u016f.
